Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipments can be delivered on holiday’s and weekends if your “ship-to” destination allows for receiving on these days. If EnvironPrint is experiencing a high volume of orders, delays may occur but will not exceed 24 hours with out reparations. You will be notified by EnvironPrint in the case of high volume order occurrences.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shippting rates and delivery estimates are made based off the total weight of your order and the selected method of shipping. Please be aware, "shipping days" refer to business days and do not include weekends.
*International shipments may experience delays due to custom’s regulations
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After your order has been produced and packaged, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details, an estimated arrival date, and the delivery method.
Customs, duties, and taxes
EnvironPrint is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
EnvironPrint is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship across the globe! The most common countries that shipments have been sent to are the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Return & Refund Policy
EnvironPrint stands behind our products! We feel it’s important you have full confidence in our work, and we’re determined to correct and replace any work that contains an error resulting from our efforts. If our work contains a flaw that is our responsibility, we will reprint your job free of charge, including the cost of overnight shipping to your destination. Please understand we cannot reproduce work that is produced with errors that are the result of someone other than EnvironPrint.
Errors associated with the design or art file, along with damages incurred during shipping are not the responsibility of EnvironPrint, and we cannot reproduce jobs with issues in these areas because of the impact they can have on our everyday low pricing program. We work hard to keep our costs in line so we can provide each and every client with the very best pricing possible.
To get an issue corrected please follow the 3 steps below.
1. Take a photo or photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment
2. Email the photo or photos, the job number, your name and telephone number, and a brief description of the issue to [email protected]
3. An EnvironPrint associate will contact you shortly
